I’m ready to sign up, but I’m worried that the classes will be too difficult.
Our classes are for all healthy individuals. Our instructors will help you modify the routine for your current fitness level. However, due to the intensity level, we do not allow pregnant women to participate in our Renegade Reformer classes.
If you have any medical conditions, please inquire with your doctor first.
When should I arrive for my first class?
Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first class. After you sign in, the instructor will speak with you and make sure you are familiar with our equipment. If you do not arrive at least 15 minutes beforehand we reserve the right to reschedule you.
How often should I take class?
Our Traditional Pilates classes can be taken daily. However, we recommend that you allow your body ample time to recover (48 hours) in between our Renegade Reformer classes.
What if I am late for class?
If you are more than 10 minutes late your spot may be given to another student.
Can I wait list for a class that is full?
Yes, absolutely. We will notify you by email if a spot opens up.
What if I miss a class?
If you purchase a class and do not cancel within the 12 hour window you will lose the class. If you have an unlimited membership we will charge your credit card on file a fee of $15.
What should I bring to class?
Grippy, non-slide tread socks are recommended for safety and hygienic reasons. You may bring your own or purchase them at the studio.
Water is recommended. You may bring a non-glass bottle or get a cold bottle from us.
You may also want to bring a towel for our Renegade classes, as you will sweat!
And please remember to silence your cell phone.
