Traditional Reformer

This core intensive class concentrates on breath, mind-body connection and alignment as you perform traditional Pilates exercises on a sliding carriage using small props. Great for anyone seeking a restorative workout, looking to prevent injuries, build muscle and gain flexibility.

Triple Threat Reformer

1/3 Jumpboard, 1/3 Bootcamp and 1/3 Intermediate skills, this fast-paced 50 minute class will be sure to challenge your mind and body, all while elevating your heart rate, setting your core on fire and increasing your strength and flexibility. Must have Pilates experience. Not sure if this class is right for you, don’t hesitate to reach out and ask!

Level Up Intermediate Reformer

This contemporary intermediate level class will take your workout to the next level. Under the careful guidance of the instructor, we concentrate on learning more complex Intermediate-level skills, with emphasis on technique, correct bio-mechanics, coordination and alignment. Must have a minimum of 200 small group or private sessions/permission of the instructor.

The movements are broken down to basics, promoting a deeper understanding and practice of essential Pilates principles such as breathing and body alignment.

With a focus on breathing, mind-body connection, mobility, and stretching, Renegade Foundations Reformer is designed to build a solid foundation for your Pilates practice while enhancing flexibility and overall body awareness.
